DailyWorth Website Redesign
DailyWorth is a women’s media company that delivers editorial content through their website and daily emails. I was the Art & Product Director from 2013-2016, and in 2014/2015 we launched a major redesign of the website.
After researching the way our loyal readers were using the site, I created wireframes, screen designs, and page templates, and I worked with the dev team to manage the content migration, build, and launch.
Goals of the redesign:
- To create responsive page templates that would look & function beautifully with various types of editorial content and experiences– long and short content, articles with large flashy photos or small stock images, reading on a phone, a tablet, or a desktop.
- To promote newsletter signup and social sharing
- To integrate banner ads in a way that increases impressions without interrupting the user’s experience. (DailyWorth was an ad-supported platform at the time)
- To evolve and update the look of the brand
